Are any products VAT-exempt?
Although most products require us to charge you VAT (Value-Added Tax), a number of products are VAT-exempt. We have automatically removed VAT from the ordering process where applicable.
Which products are VAT-exempt?
The following products are VAT-exempt:
- Saddle stitched brochures
- Perfect bound documents
- Wiro bound documents
Which products have special requirements for VAT?
For leaflets and flyers, VAT will be applied if any of the following are selected:
- The paper size is larger than A4
- The quantity is less than 50
- Any lamination is chosen
- The paper weight is more than 250gsm
For folded leaflets, VAT will be applied if any of the following are selected:
- The quantity is less than 50
- Any lamination is chosen
- The paper weight is more than 250gsm
What happens if my basket contains some products with VAT, and some without?
We won't charge VAT for the VAT-exempt products, the other items will be charged as normal.
Please note however, VAT is added on the delivery price.

What happens when I save a quote?
When you save a quote, it stays in the My Account section of your profile to add to basket and order when you're ready, updating delivery costs at the time of ordering.
How do I get a quote?
It’s easy to get an instant quote in just three steps from each individual product page.
Once you've clicked through all of the specifications you'll be able to see the product summary to the right handside of the screen. Hover at the top where the cost shows, you can click beside VAT to view quote with or without VAT.
